The Process: Step 2 - Requirements analysis, project plan & quote

After analyzing the requirements you outline in step 1, along with your budget, MyCOi℠ will deliver a project plan and quote for you to approve or adjust. Projects can be designed in phases to suit your cash flow, staffing and ramp up plans.

The Process: Step 3 - Design & Development

MyCOi℠ begins work. After identifying your needs, our team works closely with you to develop exactly what you are looking for as a deliverable. Predefined milestones and checkpoints allow you to verify that we are on target to meet your needs and that there are no surprises. All technology and process design projects include thorough User Acceptance testing and where appropriate, beta testing or a pilot phase.

The Process: Step 4 - Production & Delivery

Our experienced technical experts work on your project in accordance with your agreed upon design. Final delivery or roll out happens only once you have signed off that you are 100% satisfied with the solution MyCOi℠ has provided.

The Process: Step 5 - Maintenance & Support

MyCOi℠ is committed to your long-term satisfaction. We can set up a long-term maintenance and support agreement as part of your initial project plan. Alternatively, you can call us on an as needed basis for any "tweaking" or "updating".
